He first appeared in the "Jack the Ripper Case" as the prime suspect. Although he was not Jack the Ripper, it was revealed that he was involved in human trafficking as the organizer of a dark auction and was arrested. However, in the "Hanging" arc, he appeared as a judge at a curry contest, and it was revealed that he had been released on bail. In the "Luxury Liner" arc, he appeared as a member of the Aurora Society, with his true aim being to take over the society and create his own empire using "distorted meat dolls," but he failed.
