Haruka Kiyomine

The protagonist of this work, originally from Houya Senior. From first to second year student. A pitcher, right-handed thrower and batter. Height 185 cm. Blood type B. Born on December 10th.

During middle school, he was described as a "flawless" genius pitcher. As a first-year, his weapons included a fast ball reaching speeds up to 148 km/h and a sharply curving high-speed slider. He also has a slow curveball in his arsenal. At Senior level, he was the fourth batter and has a very high batting sense, and is fast on his feet, but he struggles with communication skills. He is obedient towards Kei, but is cold and haughty towards others. At the prestigious Houya, he was both the ace and the fourth batter, and during his first summer tournament, he was the fourth batter and pitcher. From his second year, he bats fifth to reduce fatigue.

He has a natural talent for baseball, but he is extremely competitive (e.g., challenging Shunpei to a race showing his speed, competitive even outside pitching) and is only interested in "playing baseball with Kei" and "pitching." He relies almost entirely on Kei for training, physical condition management, and team communication.
