Keigo Takami

Wing Hero, ranked No. 3 to No. 2 on the Hero Billboard Chart JP. A 22-year-old regional hero based in Fukuoka Prefecture, active in Kyushu but also operates nationwide for business trips and investigations. Not a graduate of U.A. High School, he debuted at 18 and made it into the top 10 of the Billboard Chart in the second half of the year, known as the only hero to break into the top 10 in his teens, earning the nickname "The Too Fast Man." He is laid-back and not overly ambitious, aspiring to create a world where heroes have too much free time. However, during patrols, he uses his Quirk to swiftly resolve crimes and support citizens, also engaging in fan service effortlessly. He is schemed to infiltrate the League of Villains as a double agent by the Hero Public Safety Commission.

"Quirk": Fierce Wings

He can freely control each of the tough and flexible feathers that grow on his back. The feathers can detect vibrations, allowing Hawks to manipulate them and perceive his surroundings without needing to see them. However, losing feathers makes his flight unstable.
