Matsuri Kazamaki

The protagonist of this work. He is the heir to the prestigious exorcist ninja family "Kazamaki," which specializes in wind techniques, and a first-year student at Hokusa High School, born on August 1, 2006. Before entering high school, he attempted to seal Shirogane, the king of specters who attacked his childhood friend Suzu, but was transformed into a female body due to a counterattack from Shirogane using the technique of gender transformation.

He is serious and has a strong sense of justice, and holds the belief that he must defeat specters no matter the hardship. However, he is clueless about the feelings of women, unaware of the affection Suzu has for him, and also unaware that he is attracted to Suzu himself. His skills as an exorcist ninja are so highly regarded by his peers that even Shirogane is wary of him.

As a child, he was timid and disliked the specters that Suzu brought along, but he became an exorcist ninja out of a desire to protect Suzu, who carries the sad fate of a specter shrine maiden. However, his mission as an exorcist ninja to exterminate specters was not understood by Suzu, who befriends specters, and there were many conflicts over the treatment of specters targeted for extermination until the incident with Shirogane.

He is characterized by his short, reddish-black hair that is spiky, but after transforming into a female, he has long silver hair tied up, becoming a beautiful girl with a larger bust size than Suzu. However, his personality remains male, leading to inconveniences in daily life such as unconsciously entering the men's restroom and struggling with wearing women's clothes. After entering high school, he ends up in the same class as Suzu due to arrangements made by his grandfather Seigen, and lives as a real female student.

Techniques:

Kazekunai: Releases countless vacuum blades from a sword enveloped in wind, stabbing the enemy repeatedly.

Senzanka: Slices through enemies with a gust of wind.

Goufujin: Blows enemies away with a gale. It can also be used to launch objects with the wind.

Kamaitachi: Instantly slashes enemies with a hand blade infused with the power of wind.

Houshin Kekkai: A secret technique developed over 30 years by Seigen, the previous head of the family, to seal Shirogane, the king of specters. It involves surrounding the target with a scroll called "Houshin no Maki" that contains Seigen's power, and sealing the target's body and power within the unfolded scroll.

Fujou Kyuusen: Uses a windmill placed in the mouth of a person possessed by a specter and asleep to extract the possessing specter.

Ranshin no Jutsu: Enhances physical abilities by retaining refined wind within the body. Learned after Garaku sealed his wind.
