The head of the Illuminati Far East Research Institute. He wears glasses, is obese, and is characterized by his vulgar laugh. He looks down on everyone except himself and Lucifer, and his discriminatory remarks are noticeable. He also seems to be a narcissist, deluding himself into thinking he is handsome.

A mad scientist so evil that it wouldn't be an exaggeration to compare him to a demon. Despite being a pure human, he despises humans for using other animals for scientific experiments to sustain their own lives, and blindly believes that human experimentation is justified by the philosophy that "one should handle their own affairs."

Five years ago, he targeted the Kamiki family, who could control the Killing Stone. Using the perfect opportunity of the Nine-Tails' revival, he captured Tsukumo Kamiki, who was possessed by the Nine-Tails, and used her as a test subject to develop the elixir of immortality, "Elixir." After Tsukumo lost her value as a test subject, he used Kinzou to bring back Izumo and prepared to forcibly possess her with the Nine-Tails. However, the exorcism students infiltrated the research institute, and Izumo almost completely lost the protection of the Inari deity, which greatly reduced her compatibility with the Nine-Tails, causing him to panic. He attempted to kill the exorcism students using grotesque undead creatures but failed. Furthermore, Tsukumo, trying to save Izumo, let the Nine-Tails possess her again and died, resulting in the complete failure of the experiment. Driven to madness and desperation, he let a "Corpse-Eating Ghoul" possess him, transforming into a grotesque form with a giant jaw and tentacled lower body, possessing strong regenerative powers derived from the Elixir. He attempted to annihilate the exorcism students but was defeated by Izumo's "Soul Calming Exorcism." Although he was resurrected from a charred state by Kinzou, his unilateral actions were too conspicuous, leading him to be judged as a "foolish, despicable, and cruel ordinary human" and purged by Lucifer's hand.
