A brutal and ruthless serial killer who commits murder for fun, known as "Bloodthirsty Muscular." He has a large scar over his left eye and wears a prosthetic eye, which he changes depending on his mood. He joined the League of Villains because he wanted to "run wild using his Quirk."

In the past, he killed the professional heroes "Water Horses," who were the cousins of Mandalay (Kouta's parents), during which he lost his left eye and became one-eyed. Muscular expresses no regrets about his actions, seeing them as just doing what they both wanted to do, and feels no guilt.

Quirk: Muscle Augmentation

He can wrap his overflowing muscle fibers around himself to enhance his strength. He can also use it as a meat wall for defense. Changing his prosthetic eye helps to control the enhancement effect.
