Kotetsu's childhood friend, they understand and trust each other as best friends. He rarely takes an interest in things, but he noticed something was wrong with Kotetsu. After Kotetsu returned to the real world, he heard about the many absences in court and decided to help Kotetsu. He is actually an esper with precognitive abilities, but he explains that he cannot predict freely and only receives the visions. Also, his psychokinesis, another esper ability that caused him to be separated from his parents, is something he chooses not to use, clinging to the faint hope that not using it might bring his parents back. However, he unleashes his esper abilities to protect Kotetsu.
