Takigi Oze

Lieutenant of the Tokyo Imperial Armed Forces, Criminal Investigation Division. Maki's older brother. He usually has a refreshing personality, but somehow becomes childish when talking on the phone with his girlfriend. He sees Hinawa, who recruited Maki into the Special Fire Force, as an enemy. He is an ability user who can manipulate flames, such as diverting attacks.

When he entered the underground to investigate a foul odor incident, he was caught in a suicide bombing by a group of Conductors, barely surviving but sustaining serious injuries. Later, he accompanied the joint investigation of squads 2 and 8, teaming up with Hinawa.
