He awakened early as a Celebrant at the age of 18 and, together with Shizuno Misaki, organized Cerebrum. He is a person who knows the "truth of the world." Currently, while serving as the commander of Cerebrum's carrier "Okeanos" and directing Kyo Sogoru and the others, he is also enrolled at Kyo Sogoru's high school, where he leads the student council as its president. He usually maintains a calm and cold demeanor but curiously adopts a timid personality in front of regular students. He has a long-standing relationship with Shizuno Misaki, with whom he shares secrets. He also displays a sadistic side, treating Minato harshly.

His true identity is that he is a clone created by the priest from the remnants of apparition data, in order to rebel against Naga. Because his original self must remain within Gards-orm, this clone was produced as a direct force for humanity. However, since he was created from damaged data, he must regularly undergo maintenance using the adjustment system in the dummy Maihama Server or else he cannot sustain his apparition form.
