The elderly male priest of the Weather Shrine. He conveyed the "Weather Maiden Legend" to Keisuke and Natsumi, who visited for an interview. He explained that the ceiling painting of the shrine was created 800 years ago and expressed his dislike for the public's tendency to use the term "abnormal weather" whenever exceptional weather conditions occur, despite having only about 100 years' worth of meteorological observation results.
