She adores Kyouka and does not think highly of Yuuki, a male, but acknowledges his strength in combat.

Born into the prestigious Azuma family, known for their achievements in the magical city, and the third daughter of Kazamai. Expected to excel due to her talented sisters, Himari was considered a failure at home for not delivering results when it mattered most, with her mother Kazamai becoming a figure of fear, and her sister Yachiho ridiculing her daily. Therefore, she continues to train with the goal of becoming a strong presence like Kyouka and proving herself.

During an exchange battle with the sixth group, Yachiho became her opponent, and she challenged her alongside Yuuki, who she subdued with the Infinite Chains, and after winning, she reconsidered her view of Yuuki and grew closer to Yachiho.

In the popularity polls, she ranked 3rd in the first and 6th in the second.
