He is one of the Dragon King's Nine Sons and is entrusted with the management of the Purple Water Gate. He holds deep respect and admiration for his father, but on the other hand, harbors resentment toward Hakugō and Ichiyō. Although he appears cool and composed, he sometimes panics or becomes frightened in critical situations. According to Rokugo, he is considered the tsuyukusa type and is quite popular. Because of this popularity, Bui and Tenkō have seen their appearances decrease lately (as mentioned in the afterword of volume 7).
He is one of the Dragon King's Nine Sons and a child of the Dragon King. He reveres his father and dislikes Hakugō and Ichiyō, but becomes Ichiyō's attendant deity in order to learn about various matters.
