Chizome Akaguro

A villain known as the "Hero Killer," aged 31.

An ideological criminal who seeks to purge heroes, excluding All Might, whom he views as "fakes" driven by selfish desires. He carries numerous bladed weapons. He holds a strong belief that "heroes should not seek rewards; they must earn their title through self-sacrifice." His actions are seen by some experts as contributing to the improvement of heroes' consciousness, attracting not only sympathetic villains but also civilians and aspiring heroes.

Initially inspired by All Might, he aimed to become a hero and enrolled in a private high school's hero course. However, he became disillusioned with the fundamental corruption in the hero perception he saw in the education system and dropped out in the summer of his first year. Until the end of his teens, he advocated for a "return to heroism" through street speeches, but eventually became resigned that "words have no power." For the next ten years, he self-studied murder techniques and trained alone to fulfill his "duty."

In "Vigilante," he is depicted in his youth as "Stendhal," engaging in vigilante activities. Wearing a mask and wielding a Japanese sword, he considers the misuse of power without conviction a "sin" and defines those who have become visibly corrupt as "enemies (villains)," believing they must be condemned and purged with a single stroke. He also purges "spontaneous villains" who have turned into villains due to illegal drugs, demonstrating a harsh sense of justice.

He attacks Kouichi, who tries to help a target of his purge, and is defeated by the intrusion of Knuckleduster, an event that becomes the catalyst for forming Stain. Afterwards, as a resolve, he cuts off his own nose and targets heroes as well.

"Quirk": Bloodcurdle

By licking an opponent's blood, he can immobilize their body. The duration varies depending on the blood type, in the order of [B > AB > A > O], with B being the shortest. He himself has type B blood.
