Masayoshi Hashimoto

A male student from the Sakayanagi faction. He possesses high overall abilities and has connections with students from other classes, such as Ryūen and Kanzaki. He is loyal to Arisu, but fundamentally desires to belong to the most advantageous faction, suggesting he might betray Arisu if it means securing a spot in the promised A-Class. He becomes interested in Ayanokōji after hearing his name mentioned in a conversation between Horikita Manabu and Nagumo during the mixed training camp night, and begins to monitor him independently.

Voice Actor's Performance and Role Preparation

Azakami, who plays the role of Masayoshi Hashimoto, revealed that during the recording of the first season of the TV anime, the director instructed him to perform "with an air of nonchalance and audacity." Additionally, Azakami noted that a scene where Hashimoto flirts with Kei was particularly memorable in the third season of the TV anime. In this scene, he aimed to portray a dynamic where Hashimoto is casually hitting on Karuizawa while keeping Ayanokōji in his peripheral vision.
