Tontatta Tribe warrior. Wears a red polka dot hat. Birthday is July 28th (Flapper).

When he captured Usopp, he believed Usopp's lie that he was a descendant of "Montblanc Noland," the savior of the Tontatta, and invited him to the country as the legendary hero "Usoland." During the SOP operation, he and several comrades were turned into toys by Sugar, but were restored when Usopp knocked Sugar unconscious.
