Seiji Shishikura

Second-year male student. His father is a guard at Tartarus.

He has a very high pride and a distorted sense of justice, tending to impose his own values on others. Although he respects U.A. High School, he is not pleased with Class 1-A, which often causes disturbances by coming into contact with villains, and he has an abnormal hostility towards Bakugo, who has many behavioral issues. Therefore, he is also called "passionate man" by his fellow Shiketsu members. Incidentally, he seems to have strong convictions but is easily swayed by those around him.

"Quirk": Meat

He can transform the flesh of others he kneads into lumps of meat. While he can only knead and round the flesh of others to some extent, he has more freedom with his own flesh, able to detach and manipulate it or gather meat to form a giant mass. Additionally, those turned into meat lumps still feel pain, and the effect can be reversed depending on the damage Seiji Shishikura himself receives.
