Taeko Kondou

She serves as the gunner for the communication vehicle and also operates the vehicle-mounted machine gun. She's the ace of the volleyball team, excelling in jump serves. Her hair is a shade of purple tinged with brown, falling in semi-long style. She wears a red headband. She puts her all into everything she does, but sometimes struggles to pick up on social cues. Among the four, she has the most level-headed personality and often plays the role of the straight man.

Yoshioka felt the tall stature of the character at first sight, and because she herself is not tall, she was anxious about whether she could voice Taeko. Additionally, since she initially didn't understand the personalities of the four team members, Yoshioka says she and Taeko developed the character together through dubbing.
