Shinri

Shinri is an energetic woman with blonde hair, blue eyes, and twin tails.

Her outfit is coordinated entirely in pink, including her boots and ribbons.

She serves as an event host at Yuigahama and is portrayed as lively and adaptable in public-facing roles.

She is also a former delinquent and has been friends with Nurse Shiusugi since their high school days.

In the episode "Isn't This a Hero Show?", Shinri works as the host of a stage show.

When the children in the audience are swayed by Squid Girl and begin cheering not for the hero but for the villain, the Squid Demon, she does her best to cover the situation with improvised hosting.

However, the show completely falls apart after Squid Girl goes out of control and the masked rider Hannya appears.

At that point, Shinri gives up on trying to salvage the performance.

In the manga, she is shown smoking and muttering, "Whatever, I don't even care anymore."

In the anime version, this was changed so that she drinks a carbonated beverage instead.

In the first anime season, episode 12A, "Won't You Fight?", Shinri appears at the 18th Yuigahama Beach Volleyball Tournament.

There, she not only serves as host, but also handles match commentary and event proceedings.
