The Floor Guardian assigned to protect the first, second, and third floors of the Great Tomb of Nazarick.

She is a vampire of the True Ancestor lineage, exuding an aura of a cold and transcendent being. Her appearance is that of a girl with alabaster skin, dressed in a ball gown and fingerless gloves that cover her body, with long silver hair and crimson eyes, giving her a very refined look. Her chest is unnaturally large, but this is due to the use of chest pads. Because they tend to shift or fall off when she walks, she generally uses teleportation gates for movement.

In one-on-one combat, she is the strongest of the Guardians. However, if the battle drags on, she has a significant weakness where she becomes a berserker due to "Blood Frenzy," losing control. Additionally, her overconfidence in her overwhelming power often leads her to act recklessly and without thought.

Due to the preferences of her creator, she has numerous settings typical of erotic games, such as "homosexuality" and "sadism," and her personality largely aligns with these traits. Her speech also follows her character, ending sentences with the incorrect courtesan language "~de arinsu," though she uses "warawa" once a day. Otherwise, her first-person pronoun is generally "watashi."

Possibly due to her necrophilic tendencies, she often whispers words of love to Ainz from the bottom of her heart, which frequently leads to clashes with Albedo. During these conflicts, she is mockingly called "Lamprey" or "Eel" in reference to her true form. She also occasionally shows a childlike demeanor, especially towards her fellow Guardian, Aura, due to their creator's influence.
