Character Introduction
EditSecretary to the Mayor of Sakurami City. He is referred to as "Mayor." Always by the Mayor's side, he neutralized disruptions with his own diary during battles. He was used in Yukiteru's plan and was shot to death by the 11th.
The diary he possessed as a diary holder was the "Secretary Diary," which recorded the Mayor's actions.
