Residents of the Future Country, Baltimor.

Owns a cyborg dog named Taroimo. Along with an old man (voiced by Masaharu Satō), they found Franky and had him treated in the town.

After some twists and turns, they affectionately called Franky "Uncle" and supported his modifications while stocking up on cola. In the New World saga, they are happy about his achievements.
