Darius XIV

The former king of the Persian Kingdom. He declared himself the heir to the throne of the same country and launched a rapid military expansion with robot weapons. Although he triggered the 39th Central Asian Conflict, he was overthrown due to military intervention by major powers centered around the United States of Thracia. His palace fell, and he was driven to the point of contemplating suicide, but he was taken into custody at the Kara-Tepa prison under the jurisdiction of the United States of Thracia. Before his capture, he had a robust physique, but upon reappearance, he was completely emaciated and unrecognizable, reflecting the long-term imprisonment. After being detained, he was tried as a war criminal, but in prison and in court, he repeatedly made statements and bizarre actions related to a series of incidents, mentioning names of victims who were killed or attempted to be killed, and phrases like "the process of evolution," "robots loved by God," and "flower garden." During a meeting with Gesicht, he attempted suicide by biting his tongue but survived. He remains in custody with restraints and a voice modulator. When summoned by President Alexander via communication, he spat out, "You will be consumed by the flames of revenge." He also stated during a severe earthquake in the military courtroom, "No one will escape the revenge orchestrated by Abra." Although he had the image of an evil dictator, in reality, he was a kind man to "citizens loyal to him," and his dream was to turn the desert of Persia into a green land. In fact, he planned to create Bora as an environmental modification robot for that purpose. Just before the fall of the palace, he ordered the completed Pluto to assassinate seven high-performance robots and instructed Abra (Goz) to assassinate the Bora investigation team and impose sanctions on Thracia.

A man who ordered Dr. Abra to create Pluto. Originally a king named Cho-chi Cho-chi Ababa of a certain country, he was exiled due to his extravagant lifestyle. He lived in a solitary castle, dreaming of one day reclaiming the throne, and if that was not possible, he aimed to make his robot the best in the world, leading to the creation of Pluto. He is depicted as a character with noticeable whims typical of a wealthy person.
