Wapol

Wapol is a tall, round man, looking almost like a mountain. He has long, wild blue hair and a bucket-shaped metal jaw. He wears a fur coat made from a White Walker and a suit of armor that looks like small metal plates. He is often seen riding a white creature named Robson.

Wapol is extremely spoiled, thanks to his late father, and acts selfishly and mean. He thinks everything in his kingdom belongs to him. He doesn’t care for his people and lets his advisors handle politics. Wapol often acts without thinking and can be easily angered. However, when his power is taken away, he becomes more humble, at least for a while. After regaining his fortune, he went back to his arrogant ways, but he's shown some growth and is slightly more thoughtful than before.

Wapol ate the Baku Baku no Mi, a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit.

Baku Baku no Mi: The Munch-Munch Fruit

This fruit lets him eat absolutely anything—food, metal, weapons, houses, or even living things. He can merge what he eats into his body or mix different things together to make new items. He can also reshape his own body by eating himself, even making himself taller or slimmer. If he eats weapons, he can turn his arms into cannons.

He is almost impossible to poison or starve since he can eat anything. His only limit is that he must eat again to keep using what he has absorbed.

His most famous inventions are Wapometal, a super-strong metal that became very popular, and the toy products he created after being exiled.

Wapol is also clever enough to use his powers for defense, inventing new weapons, and merging people with objects or each other.

He is good at fighting in snowy conditions and can hide using camouflage.

The Tyrant King

Wapol became king after his father died. He ruled Drum Kingdom with fear, starting the “doctor hunt” and only allowing his team of 20 doctors to treat people. Anyone else was kicked out. He cared only for himself and turned his kingdom into a place of misery.

Fleeing Drum Island

When Blackbeard’s pirates attacked Drum Kingdom, Wapol ran away with his advisors, abandoning his people. He then called himself captain of the Bliking Pirates.

First Defeat

After Blackbeard’s crew left, Wapol returned to get his throne back. He fought Dalton, who was now the protector of the island, and Straw Hat crew members, but was easily defeated by Luffy D. Monkey and sent flying into the sky.

Life as a Homeless Man

Wapol landed in the South Blue and wandered as a homeless man. He was mistreated by kids, attacked by dogs, and lost all his privilege. One day, he started making toys out of junk using his Devil Fruit power. Kids loved his toys, and he quickly became popular as a toy maker.

Creating Wapometal

A scientist discovered that Wapol’s toys were made from a new, super-strong metal. The new alloy was named Wapometal. Wapol became rich and started the Wapol Corporation, moving on to make even bigger businesses and factories. He became famous again and married Miss Universe, Kinderella.

Becoming King Again

Wapol used his wealth to create the Evil Black Drum Kingdom and became king again with government support.

The Reverie

Wapol joined the World Government’s Reverie summit at Mary Geoise as a king. Here, he met Dalton, Dr.Kureha, and Vivi Nefertari again. He tried to cause trouble but was outsmarted. After witnessing Cobra’s death, Wapol panicked and ran away, taking Vivi with him, and stowed away on the Aegis Kingdom’s ship. He finally showed up at Morgans' newspaper company.

Other Appearances

Wapol appears in the movie "One Piece: Stampede" as a king, even joining the Pirate Fest with his men.
