Miss Buckingham Stussy

Mother of Edward Weevil, commonly known as "Miss Buckingham." Self-proclaimed "Whitebeard's lover." Formerly a self-proclaimed "scientist" of the Rocks Pirates, later a lodger at MADS.

76 years old. Birthday is April 12th (derived from "Whitebeard's lover"). Height 68 cm. Aries. Blood type S. Favorite food is avocado ice cream.

A petite, elderly woman with blonde hair and sunglasses. Wears a leopard print coat and a green hat, and uses a cane.

Claims that the Whitebeard Pirates were just playing family, and insists that her son Weevil is the rightful successor. She is after the "vast fortune" supposedly left by Whitebeard, aiming to take it from the remnants of the Whitebeard Pirates, including Marco. Unlike Weevil, who desires revenge on Whitebeard's enemies, she is against the idea of seeking vengeance.

Formerly a self-proclaimed scientist of the Rocks Pirates, she later stayed with MADS. At MADS, a clone human "Stussy" was created based on Buckingham.

In the Egghead Arc, after telling Marco, who returned to Sphinx, that Weevil was captured by Green Bull, she tearfully states that Dr. Vegapunk could prove the blood relation between Whitebeard and Weevil.
