Voice Hero. English teacher. In charge of presentations for examinees during entrance exams.

Overall very loud and high-spirited, but fundamentally straightforward and caring towards friends. Calls his students "listeners." Has a strong dislike for insects and forests. It seems awkward with Endeavor because he is the teacher of his son. He was a classmate at U.A. High School with Aizawa and came up with his hero name.

In "Vigilante," his high school past is revealed, and like Aizawa, he was present at the scene of Shirakumo's death, secretly watching over Aizawa.
