Kaho Mizuki

The only daughter of the priest of Tsukimine Shrine, she comes to Tomoeda Elementary School as a teacher (in charge of mathematics). Born on February 11. She occasionally appears in a miko outfit and also practices archery. In the original work, she is the assistant homeroom teacher of Sakura's class, and in the second season of the anime, she is the homeroom teacher of Sakura and her friends. Tsukimine Shrine has a connection with Clow Reed, and she herself possesses strong lunar power and precognitive abilities. She is a beautiful woman with a mysterious aura and an extremely gentle demeanor, secretly watching over Sakura as she collects the Clow Cards. She has a poor sense of direction (according to Eriol, she is bad at remembering routes and often gets lost even in England) and is unexpectedly absent-minded at times (in the anime version, this aspect is not depicted due to her overall mysterious atmosphere), and she is apparently unable to cook at all.

During her university days, she met Touya, who was a junior high school student at the time, during her teaching practice, and they dated for a while but broke up when she went to study abroad. Later, while studying in England, she met Eriol and was attracted to him. After Eriol returned to England, she lived there with him and his associates. After reuniting with Touya, they maintain a good friendship.

She can manipulate the Moon Bell left by Clow Reed at Tsukimine Shrine, and by touching the bell, she could sense Clow's will and what she should do for her future. Feeling that the time had come, she returned to Japan and took up a position at Tomoeda Elementary School to watch over Sakura. When Sakura was ready to truly become the master of the Clow Cards, she helped by embedding the Moon Bell into Sakura's staff, transforming it into the Star Staff (in the anime, the Moon Bell disappears after being used to give Sakura another chance, and Sakura transforms the staff with her own magic).

Her belief is "There is no such thing as coincidence in this world, there is only inevitability."
