The captain of DEM's third combat squad, codenamed Adeptus 3. A foreign woman in her mid-20s with red hair. She is not accustomed to Japanese, characterized by her unique intonation in conversation (frequently mixing katakana in her speech).

Ryouko, Origami, and other AST members stationed at Tengumai are looked down upon as 'useless' by her, and she openly displays a blatant attitude with her subordinates. She is quick to resort to physical actions if she dislikes someone's behavior. Additionally, she is devoted to Westcott, and would not hesitate to attack civilians if ordered, showing her arrogant and merciless nature. At the same time, she harbors intense jealousy towards Mana, who is younger yet superior in both skills and rank.
