Giran

A back-alley broker who provides support such as personnel referrals to the Villain Alliance and supplies support items. Often seen smoking in his appearances and wears small round glasses. He owns a revolver-shaped lighter. Known as a major broker by Kurogiri and has an old acquaintance with Twice, often exchanging banter.

Appears in "Vigilante" too. Knuckleduster is one of his regular customers, to whom he supplies drugs and equipment.
