A grotesque spirit-like being with limbs, resembling a blue lump of flesh with a small face and a large mouth beneath it, constantly dripping blood from its face and large mouth.

He enjoys playing with the weak. As a younger brother, he admires his older brothers, Choso and Esou.

He is a practitioner of "Decay and Rot Technique," spewing blood from his aforementioned large mouth to douse his opponents. However, the toxicity is less potent than Esou's, and merely being splashed with it does not cause corrosion. Like Esou, he has a poor compatibility with "Straw Doll Cursed Technique." Also, through this technique, he is connected to his second brother, Esou, and both suffer the same damage from "Resonance" through their blood.

After incarnating, he was tasked by Mahito to collect Sukuna's fingers with Esou at Yasohachi Bridge, where they eventually faced and were defeated by Yuuji Itadori and Nobara Kugisaki after emerging from the innate domain of a special grade cursed spirit at Yasohachi Bridge.
