President of the diamond polishing company "Woodley Corporation". A guest invited to a formal dinner. A proud man who behaves as a skilled businessman. In reality, he has a dark side as an arms dealer who sells illegal weapons obtained through diamonds to conflict zones, a figure in the underworld, and is aware that the Phantomhive family serves as the Queen's watchdog. He was targeted by Ciel for monopolizing the market by assassinating his competitors and was invited to the dinner as a convenient scapegoat for the royal family's schemes from the start. Caught in Ciel's strategy, he is framed as the true culprit behind a series of murders and taken away by Grey. On the way to his transfer, frustrated that he couldn't pin the crime on Ciel, Grey kills him out of spite.
