An old fortune teller. She was interviewed by Natsumi and Hodaka for the article "100% Sunshine Girl." She conveyed stories to Natsumi and Hodaka that are related to the "Weather Maiden Legend" spoken by the priest of the Weather Shrine, such as "The power of the fox resides in the sunshine girl, and the power of the dragon god resides in the rain girl," "When the balance of the heavenly energy is disrupted, sunshine girls are more likely to be born," and "Overusing weather-related powers leads to being spirited away."
