Wizly / Wizard Slime

Wizly is a super rare slime who was born smart! Even though she looks like a 15-year-old blonde girl, she is actually 300 years old. She can use magic to turn into a human form, and she taught many neat things about slime magic. Wizly hides away in a high mountain, but she helps others as an expert and becomes a magic item appraiser.

Wizly looks just like a 15-year-old blonde girl, even though she is actually about 300 years old. She always appears in this human girl form, thanks to her magic powers.

Wizly is smart, kind, and really curious. She loves learning and sharing her knowledge. She is always happy to be given a new name and likes helping others solve tricky problems.

Wizly is one of the few slimes born with intelligence. About 150 years ago, she learned how to use magic to change into a human girl. She has spent many years alone, hiding in the highest place of Modadiana Mountain in Tomriana State.

Wizly can use unique slime magic. She can also turn herself into a human form and talk or walk like a person. She is an expert at magic and even teaches others, like Silona, how to use slime magic.

Wizly was named by Azusa Aizawa, who gave her the nickname when they met.
She later becomes Silona’s teacher in magic.
She acts as a temporary member of the "Appraisal Knights" and helps appraise magic items.
She suggests meeting Fighsly, another special slime, to help with certain problems.

Meeting Wizly

When Falfa suddenly can't change back to human shape, Azusa Aizawa and her friends go to see Wise Slime, who tells them to look for Wizly, the "Magic-User Slime."

When they meet her, Azusa gives her the nickname “Wizly,” and Wizly likes it right away.

Helping Falfa

Wizly learns that Falfa became “stuck” in her slime form simply because she slept in a funny way and just needs to move around to fix it. Since Fighsly is an expert at moving slime bodies, Wizly recommends her.

Teaching Silona

Wizly becomes Silona’s mentor, helping her learn special slime magic. She teaches in a relaxed way, letting Silona grow in her own style.

Working with the Appraisal Knights

Wizly is not a resident of the Demon Lands, but she helps as a temporary member of the “Appraisal Knights” to appraise important magic items.

Unique Slime Communication

Smart slimes like Wizly can talk to each other just by moving their bodies a certain way. She can understand Wise Slime without words.

Design

When Wizly first appeared in the original story, she didn’t have a drawing. Her design from the comic version was later used for her look in the novel too.
