Originally from Detention Area G. During his childhood, he was saved by Shinzaki and has admired and respected him ever since. In Part 1, he acts alongside Shinzaki but becomes disillusioned when Shinzaki easily betrays his comrades. He wishes for Shinzaki to return to being the hero he once was, and decides to join forces with Saneatsu and others to settle matters. Later, under the influence of Sudo, he reforms and joins the team with a reformed Shinzaki. After the Emperor's subjugation, he fully operates the Manifestation Right, taking on the responsibility of maintaining lifelines and food supplies.
