Shougo Amakusa is a mysterious samurai admired as the reincarnation of a legendary hero. He was raised among secret Christians and lost his parents due to persecution. Determined to protect his sick younger sister and other Christians being oppressed, Shougo traveled with his uncle to mainland Asia, where he learned a powerful sword style. After returning to Japan, he stood up against the government but eventually lost in a dramatic battle, after which he was exiled to the Netherlands. He was last known as “Shougo Amakusa,” with his final fate unknown.
