Miwa Isshiki is originally from Detention Center Area G. In Part 1, she followed the instructions of Hisoka Midou and used her re-execution right to initiate another Tasuketsu -Fate of the Majority- immediately after the first round had concluded. Although her actions were driven by murderous intent, she deeply regretted them afterward. Together with Rika Suzuki, she obtained a privilege and acted alongside her, but was betrayed by Midou. Thanks to Rika's evasion right, her life was spared, but she became paralyzed from the waist down. Miwa entrusted Saneatsu Narita and his group with the task of defeating the traitorous Midou and Ren Iruga, but was killed by Iruga shortly after. In Part 3, she was among the first to respond to an invitation from Jokasaki, the president of Planeta, and joined AEF.
