Tsukasa Shishiou

The third person to be revived after Senkuu and Taiju is an 18-year-old young man. Known as the "Strongest Primate High Schooler," he is a renowned martial artist recognized worldwide. He stands 195 centimeters tall and weighs 99 kilograms. Born on October 10th, with blood type B.

He has a handsome face with long hair reaching his shoulders and a robust physique. As his nickname suggests, he possesses extraordinary combat abilities, capable of single-handedly and barehandedly fending off a pride of lions. In the anime version, he can catch up with running boars and flying birds, and easily catch crossbow arrows traveling over 200 km/h. He also possesses intelligence, as demonstrated by his ability to discern the true nature of the petrification revival fluid. He holds a supremacist ideology, interpreting the current situation as a "Stone World = a paradise untainted by anything" and believes in reviving only pure-hearted young people to live in harmony with nature, which belongs to no one. He is willing to commit murder for his ideals and holds a self-righteous worldview.

He harbors a deep-seated hatred for "adults" due to a traumatic past experience where he was accused of theft and severely punished by adults holding fishing rights when he tried to collect seashells for his dying sister. This experience led him to despise adults. After his revival, he opposes Senkuu, Taiju, and Yuzuriha based on his values, relentlessly pursuing Senkuu to eliminate him. In the anime, Tsukasa's past is further explored in flashbacks. His family was single-parented (whether it was the father or mother is unknown) when Mirai was hospitalized, but due to neglect, he resolved to protect Mirai with his own strength without relying on others. He later earned money for Mirai's hospital bills by repeatedly fighting in underground arenas after rigorous training.

He seems to have memorized the names of all the residents of the Empire, remembering even the names of subordinates left to die by Hyoga. He also remembers the locations of all the destroyed statues, indicating a very high memory capacity.

He agrees to a ceasefire in exchange for saving Mirai from petrification and clinical brain death. Mirai is later revived as a healthy person by Senkuu, but immediately after, Tsukasa is betrayed by Hyoga and severely injured. To save him, they temporarily put him in cold sleep, utilizing the healing effects of petrification.

Eventually, when Senkuu acquires the petrification device, Tsukasa is petrified and then revived with the revival fluid. The side effects heal his wounds, and he begins to fight for Senkuu to prevent the misuse of Senkuu's scientific technology. When he learns that Ryusui has reinstated a currency system, he initially disapproves due to his aversion to vested interests. However, after overhearing Ryusui's conversation with Minami about money being merely a tool, not for controlling people but for uniting their will, and that humanity's strength lies in its ability to cooperate, he seems to accept the current situation.

After everything is resolved, he travels around the world responding to requests to maintain public order.
