A male combatant of the Tsukasa Empire. A young man with slit eyes whose mouth is hidden by a mask. He is 189 centimeters tall, weighs 81 kilograms, and was born on November 30th. His blood type is AB. He speaks politely to everyone. He evaluates those with abilities, regardless of whether they are friend or foe, or whether they possess physical or intellectual strength, by saying they are "proper." He is skilled in the art of spear fighting and uses a pipe spear in battle. According to Gen, he possesses such skill that even the entire Ishigami Village could not defeat him, similar to Tsukasa. He demonstrates his prowess by overwhelming five opponents, including Kohaku, who are equipped with Japanese swords, but his pipe spear shatters just before he can finish off Kohaku due to a barely noticeable cut made by Gen with an iron blade beforehand. He is ruthless, as shown when he pushes his subordinates to test for poison gas, and he does not remember the names of those subordinates who died. While he agrees with Tsukasa on the fundamental idea of selecting humanity, he is not interested in Tsukasa's ideal world where people do not take from others. Instead, he believes that it is akin to exploitation for the weak to simply receive the achievements of the superior, and that only those with superior abilities should be selected and allowed to live. His true goal is to kill Tsukasa. Although it was impossible for him to kill Tsukasa, who is called the strongest primate, with his own strength, he attacks Tsukasa's revived sister, piercing Tsukasa's body as he steps in to protect her. He believes he has become the strongest human by inflicting a fatal wound on Tsukasa, but he is defeated by a stun gun created by Senkuu in collaboration with Tsukasa. During the search for the petrification beam, he is kept in a cage as a trump card in terms of military strength and is re-petrified. Later, he is revived by Senkuu when they are cornered by Mozu and sides with Senkuu to confront Mozu. He agrees to cooperate with Senkuu in exchange for the rights to two doses of revival fluid, believing that the judicial system will eventually judge him for his crimes. In the final battle with Stanley, he goes to destroy the enemy's communication device with Kohaku and Tsukasa but is shot and killed. However, he is resurrected when the petrification is undone, confirming to Senkuu and the others that petrification is synonymous with eternal life. After everything is over, there was a proposal for a special pardon due to his contributions to world reconstruction, but he declined, and it is on hold. He is now serving as a training instructor for the police organization.
