Ryuuma Shimotsuki

A legendary samurai from the Wano Country, now deceased. He is the same character as Ryuma, the protagonist of the short story "MONSTERS" published by the author before this work.

Originally from Ringo in the Wano Country, he died at the age of 47. His birthday was November 6th. He was 179 cm tall, a Scorpio, and had XF blood type. His favorite food was curry (when he was a zombie).

A samurai who died hundreds of years ago, he is legendary for having slain a flying dragon and was said to have defeated any opponent in a single flash, remaining undefeated throughout his life. It is said that he had only one eye while alive. His weapon was one of the 21 Great Grade swords, the black blade "Shusui." "Shusui" became a black blade through Ryuma's numerous battles.

In ancient times, when the Wano Country was known as the "Golden Country," he demonstrated overwhelming strength against numerous enemies from abroad, including pirates and world nobles who coveted the country, making the world proclaim, "In the Wano Country, there are samurai." He later died of illness, but left his name as a legendary swordsman and is celebrated as a hero in the Wano Country.

After his death, he was enshrined in a temple in the Wano Country as the "Sword God," along with the national treasure "Shusui." 23 years ago, when his body and "Shusui" were stolen, the entire country mourned. His body was modified by Hogback and resurrected as Moria's zombie soldier with Brook's shadow, but he was defeated by Zoro in the Thriller Bark arc and vanished.
