Miyo Saimori

The protagonist of this story. At 19 years old, she becomes Kiyoka Kudou's fiancée. Despite being scorned, she maintains a noble demeanor. As the eldest daughter of the Saimori family, known for their supernatural abilities, she is believed to lack such powers and has been treated like a servant within her own family. Kouji Tatsuishi, who occasionally visits the Saimori household, harbors feelings for her, and Miyo also trusts him alone. However, her dreams are shattered when Kouji becomes the adopted son-in-law of her half-sister. She suffers severe abuse from her stepmother, Kanoko, and continuous bullying from her half-sister, Kaya, leading her to develop a habit of apologizing immediately with "I'm sorry." When she is sent to the Kudou household, she discovers that Kiyoka, the head of the family, is kind-hearted, contrary to the rumors of his coldness. Due to her harsh upbringing, she has a self-deprecating personality, which the Kudou family perceives as modesty and humility, endearing her to them.

There was a time when a servant who worked briefly at the Saimori household treated her injuries and tearfully apologized for ignoring her bullying for two months. Miyo never forgets the kindness of those who supported her during her difficult days, including the servant Hana and the unnamed female servant, and she wishes for their happiness wherever they may be.

Her biological mother passed away from illness when Miyo was two years old. Miyo possesses the latent supernatural ability known as the "Dream-Sight," inherited from her late mother's lineage, but she is unable to control it at the beginning of the story.
