Shinichi Saimori

The head of the Saimori family and the father of Miyo and Kaya. He scorns Miyo, who is the child of his former wife Sumi, whom he married in an unreasonable manner to strengthen the blood of supernatural abilities. He showers affection on Kaya, the child of the second wife he married out of love. He adopted the second son of the Tatsuishi family, Kouji, as his son-in-law, feeling relieved to have driven Miyo away. However, when Kiyoka, angered by the numerous cruel treatments, demands a sincere apology to Miyo, he becomes irritated. At the end of the first volume, he meets his downfall and exits the story by relocating to a countryside villa.
