A man from the intelligence division aiming to colonize Jagarta and assassinate Prince Shin. He is skilled in disguise. He shoots at Yahiko, who has taken the prince's place, but fails due to Marques Murakami's intervention. Afterwards, he is staggered by Kenshin's Do-Ryu-Sen and defeated by a blow from Sanosuke.
