Character Introduction

Brigadier General of the United Nations forces. He once accompanied the Bora investigation team. While engaging in battle with Pluto, he interrogates Epsilon quite aggressively after letting him escape, but then the Bora, aiming to eliminate members of the Bora investigation team, attack, resulting in the annihilation of the guest house.
