13 Crowns. Head of Security at the Magic Bureau. Ameri's biological father who dotes on his daughter. A graduate of Babyls and one of the historical winners of the Harvest Festival.

While he believes that humans should not be in the Netherworld, he considers a peaceful method of erasing their memories and sending them back to the human world if found.

He suspects Sullivan's illegal travel to the human world and that Iruma is a human. Initially, he had a favorable impression of Iruma, but upon learning that Ameri has feelings for him, he becomes wary and starts to see him as an enemy.

During the "13 Days of Betrayal," he disguised himself as Narnia due to his role. When Behemolt stormed the venue, he was the first to move and intercept, successfully subduing him once. However, he was slashed down during a moment of shock when Behemolt, who had started rampaging again, revealed a large mouth on his abdomen that wasn't there before. Afterwards, he restrained the defeated Behemolt, who was taken down by Baal, and escorted him to the Magic Bureau.
