Carmen

An original anime character. A female chef from the East Blue who has defeated many cooks. She likes to exaggerate things. Her nickname is "Carmen the Flame."

As a child, she saw Sanji on a passenger ship and developed a rivalry with him, challenging him to a cooking duel. She was defeated by Sanji but gracefully retreated, proposing a rematch in the future.
