By striking a self-proclaimed "sublime pose," she can stop or rewind time for five seconds. However, she must strike a pose to use it, so it cannot be used instantly.

Also, because it is a major technique that manipulates physical time, it is exhausting to use, and she can only use it a few times before getting tired. If the opponent knows the details of the ability, they can realize when she is rewinding time (because Azuma has to rewind time when a significant strike is made).
