Carla Yeager

Eren's mother. Height: 165 cm. Weight: 58 kg. She opposes Eren's desire to join the Survey Corps, which has an extremely high mortality rate. She has a strong and loving personality, showing the same affection towards Mikasa as she does towards Eren, and is adored by them. In the latter part of the Royal Government arc, Eren hears Carla's thoughts from Keith and recovers from his previous struggles.

When she met Grisha, she was working as a waitress in a tavern. She met Grisha, who was a customer, and after being saved from a mysterious epidemic, they got married and had Eren.

During the Titan attack in the year 845, she was trapped under the rubble when their house collapsed due to the debris from the gate kicked down by the Colossal Titan. After entrusting Eren and Mikasa to Hannes, she was eaten by a Titan and died (it was later revealed that this Titan was Grisha's former wife, Dina). Carla's death had a profound impact on Eren, sparking his intense hatred towards Titans.

In the live-action film version, she shows a critical attitude towards her husband for using their son as a test subject for the Titan transformation drug. After entrusting Eren to Souda, she is arrested along with her husband by the Military Police who break into their home.
