Strang Nanos

A provincial official. A classmate of Wein from his military academy days. His name first appears in Volume 2, and he makes a full appearance in Volume 4.

He hails from a province conquered by the Empire. A young man of the official type, he aspires to one day make a difference for his home province. He belongs to the Manfred faction, which promises provincial autonomy, but he doubts whether they will keep their promise.

During his time at the military academy, he faced bullying from influential nobles of the homeland due to his provincial origin, leading to a repressed life. However, when one of those nobles made a move on Ninym, Wein forced the noble to drop out of school. This incident sparked his interest in Wein, and he began to admire Wein's determination to uphold his own will even against nobles, leading him to act alongside Wein.
