Another heroine of this work, Red's younger sister. She is the strongest being among humanity, possessing the "Hero's" blessing, which grants her exceptional combat abilities. Her initial skill is "Complete Resistance," and her unique skill is "Healing Hands." At Blessing Level 1, she already has complete resistance to fear, which should be an initial skill that does not develop, but at this time, she lacked complete resistance to confusion, suggesting that some complete resistances are unique skills unlocked upon leveling up. Due to the complete resistance granted from birth by the blessing, she has lost her emotions and has become merely a "vessel for the Hero's blessing." Currently, she relies on the few memories that have resisted the Hero's blessing, and merely pretends to be happy. The only strong emotion she retains is her love for her brother Gideon, who has always protected her since childhood (she has a strong brother complex), and she still holds onto this feeling. Additionally, the Hero's blessing compels her not to abandon those in trouble (even if it leads to a senseless death) and not to attack her companions (even if it is to her disadvantage), leading her to ignore what she truly wants to do and act on these impulses, often being swayed by them.

However, when Gideon saw Ares hugging her shoulder, she punched Ares in the abdomen, inflicting a fatal wound. This occurred because she acted before thinking, due to the setting that "the blessing resides in thought," and did not receive the impulse of the blessing (after she started thinking, she prioritized treating the fatally wounded Ares instead of following the departing Gideon).

Ruti herself wants nothing more than to be with her brother Gideon, and doesn't care what happens to the world because of the Demon Lord. When the Hero's blessing was weakened by the demon's blessing brought by Belial, she was temporarily freed from the impulses of the blessing. To regularly obtain the demon's blessing, she used an airship obtained from the Demon Lord's army ruins with Tisse and headed to Zoltan, where they broke the alchemist Godwin out of prison. They went to Red's herbal shop for Godwin's treatment, where she reunited with her brother. While living a daily life in Zoltan with Red, they hid Godwin in an ancient elf ruin, where they fought against Sisandan who was after the legacy of the first hero, Ares who had followed her, and Theodora who tried to make her continue as a hero for the world's sake. After defeating Sisandan, the power of the Hero's blessing increased due to Sisandan's schemes, and driven by impulse, she attacked Red and others who hindered the Hero, but Red, despite being seriously injured, helped her regain her sanity. Then, influenced by the demon's blessing, she acquired a skill to control the Hero's blessing with the power of the nameless blessing "Shin," completely freeing her from the impulses of the Hero's blessing. Since then, she has become best friends with Tisse and lives a daily life in Zoltan as a herbal farmer with her brother. In Zoltan, she is officially known as Rule, but among close friends and family, she is still called by her real name, Ruti.

After being freed from the Hero's blessing, she shows a skewed sense of enjoying catching colds, a result of having lost her emotions.
