Rikiya Yotsubashi

The supreme leader of the "Meta Liberation Army" during the era of Izuku and his friends. Ostensibly, he is the president of the support company, Detnerat. He is a direct descendant of Destro.

Characterized by a receding hairline with a crest of hair, pointed ears, and a hooked nose. He secretly gathers comrades to continue his ancestor's will. Normally, he has a friendly nature, laughing off any teasing about his baldness from his employees, but he becomes passionate when it comes to the Meta Liberation Army.

To lead the liberation, he plots to dismantle the League of Villains and initiates a full-scale conflict called the "Re-Destro Festival." However, after battling Tomura Shigaraki, he becomes devoted to him, subsequently ceding his position as supreme leader to Shigaraki and becoming one of the nine action squad leaders in the "Superpower Liberation Front."

He converts accumulated stress into power. The more he accumulates, the more robust and gigantic he becomes.
