Adolf Haas

On the surface, he is an ordinary man working in trade relations in Düsseldorf, living with his wife, Ilse, and their child, Hans. However, behind the scenes, he is a fervent anti-robot activist affiliated with the KR group. His father was a factory worker who faced layoffs due to the introduction of robots as labor in factories. His father stole a soccer ball for the Adolf brothers but was accused of theft due to a robot's report. After being released, his father succumbed to alcoholism and eventually committed suicide by jumping off a building. When he retrieved his brother's body, he asked a doctor acquaintance to perform an autopsy and discovered that his brother was killed by a Zeronium bullet. However, due to a large-scale cover-up, the usage history was erased, and it was unknown who fired it. By chance, he learned from his son's textbook that Gesicht was the only person in the Eurozone who matched the criteria, and he plotted revenge against him. He stalked Gesicht, intending to kill him before the Gesicht couple's trip to Japan, but was tormented by his conscience. While hesitating, he was targeted as a dangerous element by the KR group, who wanted to use Gesicht as anti-robot propaganda, and a bomb was planted in his car. He was subjected to an interrogation-like questioning by the police and became convinced of the KR group's purge through a voicemail message at his office. Falling into paranoia and panic, Gesicht appeared as a bodyguard. To get rid of Gesicht, he allowed a search of his office, where he showed Gesicht a video of a significant statement by Darius XIV at Kara-Tepa Prison, which he had accidentally obtained and kept secret when he entered Persia to participate in post-war reconstruction business shortly after the war ended. This increased his enemies further. The crisis worsened as a heat-seeking missile was fired into his office. Terrified, he admitted to being a member of the KR cult and applied for witness protection in exchange for exposing the cult's reality. He was transferred to a Europol safe house, but the KR cult's threats escalated, and when he learned that his family was also in danger, he tried to destroy the messenger cleaning robot but was stopped by Gesicht. At that moment, he confessed that Gesicht killed his brother. After confirming the truth with Brau and returning to his mission, Gesicht protected the Haas family from KR group assassins, becoming Adolf's shield. Adolf tearfully thanked him for his actions, but ultimately, the damage from that incident led to Gesicht's death. "Haß" in German means hatred.
